Gosh darn kids! Always with their I-P-A’s, sheesh! In my day, the only thing “dry-hopped” was an unfortunate toad stuck in the sun. What ever happened to the malty brews they used to make? They were dark, rich and deeply complex. A beer you could sip slowly and take your time on. Dang things actually tasted like beer, not juice dagnammit! Well fiddlesticks, they can have their hopsy brews, I’ll take this here bock, it tastes like the beers I remember!
